At the beginning of each tenancy, occupants will receive keys, transmitters, and fobs where appropriate for their building and unit access.
New tenants will sign a key / fob responsibility form.
For lost or stolen keys and / or fobs, the primary tenant is required to complete a maintenance request form to receive replacement keys and / or fobs.
The cost for replacements vary according to service charges.
Note: Please allow at least 2 business days for replacement requests to be processed.
