Keys, transmitters and fobs
New Tenants
The tenant must get the landlord’s approval, in writing, before installing a security system, key, or alarm. The tenant who has installed an alarm system, and then moves out, must either leave the system in the unit or remove the system and repair any damage caused to the unit during the installation or removal. Any alarm call-out charges will be the responsibility of the tenant and must be paid immediately.
You must not alter the locking system to the front entry door, storage doors or garages. In case of an emergency and for your safety, we must have access to your unit. If the keys are lost, you will be responsible for the re-keying cost.
Existing Tenants
- For lost or stolen keys and / or fobs, the primary tenant is required to complete a maintenance request form to receive replacement keys and / or fobs.
- The cost for replacements vary according to service charges
- Note: Please allow at least 2 business days for replacement requests to be processed.
