Rent Payment

Rent is due and payable in full on or before the 1st of each month. If your rent is not paid in full on or before the 1st of the month you will be served with a “10-Day Notice to End Tenancy for Unpaid Rent”.

Your Resident Building Manager will accept your rent payment by cheque or money order only. Cash will be accepted as a last resort only and will only be accepted at the administration office.
